Second Conditional
If + Past Simple, would/could/might + V1 → Şimdi veya gelecekte gerçek dışı / hayalî durumlar
- If I had a time machine, I would visit İstanbul in 1453.
- If I were you, I would apologise. ⚠️ (were tüm kişilerle kullanılabilir: If I/he/she were…)
- She could travel the world if she didn’t have a fear of flying.

Third Conditional
If + Past Perfect, would/could/might have + V3 → Geçmişte gerçekleşmemiş bir durum ve hayalî sonucu (pişmanlık, eleştiri)
- If I had left earlier, I wouldn’t have missed the bus. (erken çıkmadım, otobüsü kaçırdım)
- If the Allies had passed through the Dardanelles in 1915, the history of the war might have changed.
- She would have won the race if she hadn’t fallen.
Mixed conditional (geçmiş → şimdi): If I had studied medicine, I would be a doctor now.

Sık yapılan hatalar
- Third Conditional’da if cümlesine would have koymak.
- “I wish I have” demek (doğrusu had).
